To assure the highest quality, we ship during the month of April each year (unless otherwise specified). Shipping during spring allows the trees to remain dormant during the shipping process.

*We’ve updated our shipping prices for 2024. You’ll notice a significant discount, compared to last year, for the more trees you order.

**When ordering smaller trees, such as Persimmon, Hazelnut and Oaks, shipping costs will be refunded up to the proper lower amount.

We ship up to 7’ tall boxes for taller trees and guarantee that our trees will arrive in a healthy condition and ready for planting. If upon arrival, you are unhappy with the condition of your trees, securely reseal the original package. Please contact Whitetail Crabs the same day to let us know you will be returning the trees within 5 business days. Upon receipt of the returned trees, full payment, including all shipping costs will be refunded. Due to uncontrollable circumstances, we do not replace trees after they have already been planted.
